Practice Research Organization (P.R.O.), a company specializing in recruiting people for clinical research studies, is currently working with a pharmaceutical company to find individuals interested in participating in an HPV research study. The study is looking for women, ages 21 and older, who can commit three years to allowing their annual Pap smears to be donated to the study. You may participate in this study if you are 21 years of age or older; are undergoing routine cervical cancer screening; and are not pregnant.
We would like to provide you with more information on the trial because you may be a candidate.
Participating in this trial creates new data that is used to improve and empower millions of other women’s health in the future. The goals of this trial are to improve Pap smears and for earlier detection of cervical cancer. Participation in this trial is at no cost to you. In fact, you will receive monetary compensation for your time and travel. However, this pales in comparison to the benefits of improving the future of medicine.
