We are very proud of our front office staff and business office staff. This cheerful, understanding, and upbeat group collectively bring decades of healthcare experience to our office. When patients phone to make appointments or request a return call from the nursing staff, one of these people will personally answer the call.
As many of our patients know, these women have developed a great number of long-term relationships with our existing patients. Three joined us in the eighties (1983, 1986, and 1989). This provides a degree of comfort and familiarity for our patients.
These staff members always enjoy seeing the patients (and newborns) and are always seeking ways to improve the process, being extremely supportive of the physicians and each other. Serving the needs of our patients is always their primary concern and they do a great job. We are very proud and fortunate to have these women on our team and it is our sincere hope that our patients will feel warm and welcomed by their presence.
